※If you find a property you like during the viewing, proceed to the next step (provisional contract) by the day or the next day to secure the property smoothly.
※A security deposit of one month’s rent is required (paid via a check to the landlord or in cash). At this step, landlords may request verification of your passport or EP (Employment Pass).
※To the landlord: An additional deposit of one month’s rent and one month’s rent in advance will be required.
For commercial spaces such as offices, shops, warehouses, or factories, a deposit equivalent to three months or more may be required.

Curtain cleaning may be required, so please check it in advance.
The air-conditioner maintenance contract and receipts must be submitted.
Cancellation of SP services (electricity and water) should be done the day after your move-out date.
